1、 Rolling shutter door equipment guide rail and square tube

1、在洞口的兩邊確認導(dǎo)軌與方管設(shè)備方位，用錘線放出導(dǎo)軌與方管基準線、放出方管連接件固定螺栓十字線，導(dǎo)軌與方管逾越吊頂不小于20CM。

1. Confirm the orientation of the guide rail and square tube equipment on both sides of the hole, use a hammer line to set out the reference line between the guide rail and square tube, and set out the cross line of the fixing bolts of the square tube connection. The guide rail and square tube should not exceed the suspended ceiling by less than 20cm.

2、用沖擊鉆在墻柱上打出連接件固定脹大螺栓孔，連接件的間隔不得大于600mm，兩頭距方管口100mm。

3、先上下固定后再復(fù)一下導(dǎo)軌的垂直度，每米不得大于5mm，全行垂直度不得逾越20mm，無機布料面嵌入導(dǎo)軌深度（見GB14102-2005）。

4、講其余連接件裝在，連接件與方管之間選用電焊，每件連接件與導(dǎo)軌間電焊點不少于5點，電焊的寬度不少于5m，焊接處不應(yīng)有穿孔現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。選用不銹鋼導(dǎo)軌時焊條選用不銹鋼焊條。

The welding points between each connector and the guide rail are not less than 5 points, and the width of the welding is not less than 5 meters. There should be no perforation at the welding point. When selecting stainless steel guide rails, stainless steel welding rods should be used.

1、依據(jù)大樣圖中的卷軸的規(guī)劃中間高度，在立柱或墻上定出動支承板的中間方位，放出脹大螺栓的中間十字線。

1. According to the planned middle height of the scroll in the detailed drawing, determine the middle position of the movable support plate on the column or wall, and release the middle cross line of the expansion bolt.

2、以主支承板中間為基準，昆山自動門廠用水平塑料管找出相對應(yīng)的從動支承板中間和從動支承板的脹大螺栓孔十字線。

3、打孔：用沖擊鉆打脹大孔的要求鉆頭垂直于柱面，若單個螺栓孔碰到鋼筋，鉆不進則可恰當(dāng)移動，但不能影響牢固和外觀。

5、裝從動承板方法同上，但在緊螺栓前，要求用水平管校核從動支承板的中間高度是否與自動承板共同，水平度控制在洞口高度的1/300內(nèi)，如有差錯及時調(diào)整。
