1、先在需要安裝的門框框口位置畫出線。表明尺寸大小，然后找工作人員設(shè)計出合適的電動卷簾門，這里值得注意的一點是框內(nèi)高度比門扇的高度要高一點點。

2、先把電動卷簾門的門框固定，這里要先拆掉門框下部的固定板。(注意：洞口兩側(cè)地面要預(yù)留凹槽，經(jīng)校正合格后，固定木楔，門框鐵腳與預(yù)埋鐵板件焊牢。用水泥砂漿或強(qiáng)度不低于10MPa細(xì)石混凝土嵌塞牢固即可。)

2. First, fix the door frame of the electric rolling shutter door. Here, you need to remove the fixing plate at the bottom of the door frame. (Note: grooves should be reserved on both sides of the entrance, and after being calibrated and qualified, wooden wedges should be fixed. 3、安裝電動卷簾門扇主體門扇。一定要保證電動卷簾門與墻體結(jié)成整體，封閉性要做好，再粉刷洞口及墻體。粉刷完畢后，門縫應(yīng)均勻平整，開啟電動卷簾門應(yīng)該自由輕便，不得有過緊、過松和反彈現(xiàn)象。

1、按設(shè)計型號，查閱產(chǎn)品說明書和電氣原理圖。檢查產(chǎn)品表面處理和零附件。量測產(chǎn)品各部位基本尺寸。檢查門洞口是否與卷簾門尺寸相符;導(dǎo)軌、支架的預(yù)埋件位置、數(shù)量是否正確。

1. Refer to the product manual and electrical schematic diagram according to the design model. Check the surface treatment and accessories of the product. Measure the basic dimensions of each part of the product. Check if the door opening matches the size of the rolling shutter door; Are the positions and quantities of pre embedded parts for guide rails and brackets correct.

2、測量洞口標(biāo)高，彈出兩導(dǎo)軌垂線及卷筒中心線。

3、將墊板電焊在預(yù)埋鐵板上，用螺絲固定卷筒的左右支架，安裝卷筒。卷筒安裝后應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動靈活。

4、安裝減速器和傳動系統(tǒng)。

8. Install the guide rail. Weld the two sides and upper guide rails firmly onto the embedded parts of the wall according to the specified position on the drawing, and weld them into a body. Each guide rail should be on the same vertical plane.

9、安裝水幕噴淋系統(tǒng)，并與總控制系統(tǒng)連接。

10、試車。先用手去試運行，再用電動機(jī)啟閉數(shù)次，調(diào)整無卡住、阻滯及異常。

自動門水晶卷簾門安裝方法和步驟

1、看手動鏈條是否向下，在將電機(jī)固定在主板上，在把鏈條固定在輪盤和電機(jī)底座齒輪連接(一定上緊)在將遙控接線盒與電機(jī)連接，試下手柄是否顛倒，如顛倒遙控接收盒側(cè)方有黑色按鍵，向另一方撥動助即可。

1. Firstly, check if the manual chain is down. Fix the motor on the motherboard, connect the chain to the wheel and motor base gear (make sure to tighten it), and connect the remote control junction box to the motor. Try to reverse the handle. If the remote control receiver box is reversed, there is a black button on the side, and turn it to the other side to assist.

2、用尺子量主板和副板的外邊看下尺寸是否正確，如正確把軸上在側(cè)板上，注意要先把軸打一條水平線，再用10個鉆頭打孔50公分，1個一定要直，再用14的鏍母焊在軸上，記住要與軸上的孔垂直在焊，一定要焊牢固，再把簾子的片的中心與軸上的孔對齊用10個的鉆頭打孔一定要垂直(也可以用快絲固定)。

2. Measure the outer edges of the main and auxiliary boards with a ruler to see if the dimensions are correct. If the axis is correctly placed on the side board, make sure to first draw a horizontal line on the axis, then use 10 drill bits to drill a hole of 50cm, one of which must be straight, and then weld it to the axis with a 14 screw nut. Remember to weld it perpendicular to the hole on the axis, and make sure to weld it firmly. Then align the center of the first piece of the curtain with the hole on the axis and drill it vertically with 10 drill bits (or fix it with a quick wire).

3、在將卷簾門簾片穿好兩側(cè)用封頭封好用拉鉚釘拉住(記住開始封各一片封一個)。

4、封完后用繩翻過軸把簾子打個孔一頭一個用繩拴住，別一端用人拽住，按下手柄的上升鍵，使軸運行將簾子帶上去，鏍絲桿把簾子和軸連在一起(水平要擰緊加墊)再把簾子升上去，一定要牢固。

4. After sealing, use a rope to flip over the shaft and make a hole in the curtain. Tie one end with a rope, and hold the other end with a person. Press the up button on the handle to make the shaft run and bring the curtain up. Connect the curtain and shaft together with a screw rod (tighten and pad horizontally), and then lift the curtain up firmly.

5、把軌道的一端開成人字口。

6、把卷簾門簾子調(diào)平，上下線定位，左邊滑輪是上限位，右邊是下限位，(根據(jù)現(xiàn)場需要自行調(diào)節(jié))。
