在安裝調(diào)試之前應(yīng)先檢查控制器、按鈕盒、卷門機(jī)、行程開(kāi)關(guān)、電剎車的連接線是否正常，確認(rèn)后在進(jìn)行調(diào)試。

1、相序調(diào)整：接入三相380V50HZ電源，接通空氣開(kāi)關(guān)，若電源指示燈閃爍故障燈亮故障反饋開(kāi)關(guān)常閉并發(fā)出救護(hù)笛的報(bào)警聲則表明相序錯(cuò)誤，可將三相電源進(jìn)線中的任兩相交換即可?？刂破鞯南嘈驒z測(cè)正確，操縱按鈕觀察卷簾門運(yùn)行方向，若卷門機(jī)運(yùn)行方向與按鍵相反，將卷門機(jī)三相接線中任意兩相交換即可。

If the operation direction of the roller shutter is opposite to the button, exchange any two phases in the three-phase wiring of the roller shutter.

2、中位位置設(shè)置以及形成學(xué)習(xí)：接通電源將控制板上撥嗎開(kāi)關(guān)SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可進(jìn)入中停位置的設(shè)定和正常行駛行程的學(xué)習(xí)。

2. Middle position setting and formation learning: Turn on the power supply and set the up switch SW1 of the control board to the ON position. Set SW2 to the ON position to enter the middle stop position setting and normal travel learning.

c: Press the down key once to start the whole downward learning process. The door roller starts to descend to the lower limit and stops automatically. The whole downward learning process is completed.

d：按上行鍵一次開(kāi)始進(jìn)入上行全程學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機(jī)開(kāi)始上行達(dá)到上限位并自動(dòng)停止，上行全程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

d: Press the UP key once to start the whole uplink learning. The door roller starts to go up to the upper limit and stops automatically. The whole uplink learning is completed.

e：按上行鍵一次開(kāi)始進(jìn)入中停位置學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機(jī)開(kāi)始下行達(dá)到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，下行中位置學(xué)習(xí)完畢。
