頂部布局：快速軟簾門（快速卷簾門）的傳念頭構(gòu)安裝在門洞頂部機(jī)箱內(nèi)，機(jī)箱由厚2毫米厚鍍鋅鋼板制作而成兩頭端由厚6毫米鋼板制作，在端板上設(shè)有安裝卷軸軸承，驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)，平均體系構(gòu)件的安裝座和安裝孔，鋼板表面經(jīng)噴塑處分成客戶要求的顏色。卷軸安裝于機(jī)箱內(nèi)，由卷筒、軸端、軸承座等構(gòu)成。卷筒尺寸根據(jù)門洞高、寬尺寸經(jīng)過計(jì)較，選定合理尺寸，在這個(gè)門上，卷筒直徑為219毫米。

Top layout: The transmission mechanism of the fast soft shutter door (fast rolling shutter door) is installed in the top chassis of the door opening. The chassis is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate, and the two ends are made of 6mm thick steel plate. 導(dǎo)槽箱：導(dǎo)槽箱由厚2毫米鍍鋅鋼板制作，立于門洞二側(cè)固定于墻面，機(jī)箱則置于導(dǎo)槽箱頂部通過螺栓與導(dǎo)槽箱及墻面固定。導(dǎo)槽箱導(dǎo)槽二側(cè)固定有密封毛條，以包管必然的密封要求，在導(dǎo)槽箱的底部離地大概1m高地位，則預(yù)留有紅外線監(jiān)測(cè)器的安裝地位。導(dǎo)槽箱經(jīng)噴塑處分，與機(jī)箱同色，導(dǎo)槽里部的毛刷抵住簾布以限制簾布不會(huì)離開導(dǎo)槽，這樣當(dāng)車子撞到門的時(shí)候，門簾會(huì)離開導(dǎo)槽，從而以免門體損壞。

Guide box: The guide box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate and is fixed to the wall on both sides of the door opening. The chassis is placed on the top of the guide box and fixed to the guide box and wall through bolts. 簾布：簾布分段制作，每段高度大概為700毫米擺布，各段簾布通過特制的鋁質(zhì)抗風(fēng)條聯(lián)接成一整體簾布，簾布厚1.2毫米,具有強(qiáng)度高、抗打擊、不易刺穿等好處。還可選用δ=2毫米的透明PVC質(zhì)料制作簾布或部份選用透明PVC質(zhì)料制作簾布，以便觀察軟簾門二側(cè)的環(huán)境，在簾布的底部設(shè)有鋁質(zhì)底梁，及防撞軟袋簾布的頂部通過螺釘和壓條固定在卷筒上。

Curtain fabric: The curtain fabric is made in sections, with each section being approximately 700 millimeters high and arranged together. Each section of the curtain fabric is connected to form a whole through specially made aluminum wind resistant strips, with a thickness of 1.2 millimeters. There is an aluminum bottom beam at the bottom of the curtain, and the top of the anti-collision soft bag curtain is fixed to the drum by screws and pressure strips.

驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置：通過延緩馬達(dá)干脆驅(qū)動(dòng)軟簾門轉(zhuǎn)軸，根據(jù)提升速度的要求選用差別速比的延緩器，到達(dá)所要求的提升速度，非常快速度可到達(dá)80cm/s以上?？刂魄逦捎米冾l控制，使簾布運(yùn)行時(shí)做到緩起動(dòng)緩休止，并可使簾布到位自停，及在運(yùn)行過程當(dāng)中休止行動(dòng)。

控制：軟簾門設(shè)有控制箱，可在控制箱操縱“開”“?！薄瓣P(guān)”并可在控制箱的另一側(cè)墻面設(shè)控制按鈕操縱“開”“?！薄瓣P(guān)”。可根據(jù)需求選配遙控操縱和雷達(dá)探測(cè)或地磁感應(yīng)自動(dòng)開關(guān)門，在門洞二側(cè)設(shè)有紅外線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置，當(dāng)門體行動(dòng)時(shí)有障礙物穿越門洞時(shí)，簾布行動(dòng)將休止，或回復(fù)到開門狀況。

Control: The soft curtain door is equipped with a control box, which can be operated to "open", "stop", and "close". A control button can be set on the other wall of the control box to operate "open", "stop", and "close". Remote control and radar detection or geomagnetic induction automatic door opening and closing can be selected according to needs. There is an infrared monitoring device on both sides of the door opening. When an obstacle passes through the door opening during the movement of the door body, the curtain movement will stop or return to the door opening status.
