門簾：簾片材質(zhì)采用鋼制及鋁合金雙層簾片，門片采用50毫米/77毫米簾片外噴飾高強度，耐曬聚酯材料，有多種色彩可供選擇，可以根據(jù)客戶的需要對簾片表面飾層可作電泳飾層保護處理。

我廠卷簾門主軸采用內(nèi)置螺旋扭簧平衡，保持門體平衡（自重的95%左右，安裝時通過調(diào)整扭簧平衡力，卷簾門門體，幾近空載狀態(tài)。從而也延長了電機的使用壽命。另卷筒的體積小，有利于低門頭空間安裝。

Our factory's roller shutter door spindle adopts a built-in spiral torsion spring balance to maintain the balance of the door body (about 95% of its own weight). During installation, by adjusting the balance force of the torsion spring, the roller shutter door body is almost in an unloaded state. This also extends the service life of the motor. In addition, the small volume of the drum is conducive to low door head space installation.

我廠卷簾門五金件均為熱鍍鋅鋼板，經(jīng)沖壓成型制作，設計合理，尺寸準確安裝方便，并可進行表面噴塑處理，以增加美觀和耐腐蝕性能。

Our factory's rolling shutter door hardware is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which has been stamped and formed. The design is reasonable, the size is accurate and easy to install, and the surface can be sprayed with plastic to increase aesthetics and corrosion resistance.

①、帶離合器側(cè)裝式電機

驅(qū)動器電機為大扭矩直流電機，噪音很小約在50分貝左右，比使用交流電機的管狀電機噪音要小一倍以上，提升力為700N，設有行程限位裝置，門體到位自停，并有遇阻反彈功能，自動延時照明功能，及停電室外應急功能，傳動型式為非同軸鏈傳動。

The driver motor is a high torque DC motor, with a noise level of about 50 decibels, which is more than twice the noise level of a tubular motor using an AC motor. The maximum lifting force is 700N, and it is equipped with a travel limit device. The door body is in place and automatically stops, with resistance rebound function, automatic delay lighting function, and outdoor emergency power outage function. The transmission type is non coaxial chain transmission.

②、帶離合器同軸外裝電機

驅(qū)動器電機為大扭矩直流電機，提升力700N，設有行程限位裝置，門體到位自停，并有遇阻反彈功能，及停電室外應急功能，可加裝延時照明功能。

The drive motor is a high torque DC motor with a maximum lifting force of 700N. It is equipped with a travel limit device, and the door body stops automatically when it is in place. It also has a rebound function when encountering obstacles, as well as an outdoor emergency function for power outages. Delayed lighting function can be added.

③、帶離合器同軸內(nèi)裝電機

性能與上相同，電機安裝于卷筒內(nèi)，同軸安裝。

操作方便：

Easy to operate:

可采用遙控操作的按鈕操作，到位自動停止，限位精度高。電機帶有離合器裝置，停電時，通過拉動離合器釋放鋼絲繩，即可輕松轉(zhuǎn)入手動狀態(tài)。同樣，通過拉動該鋼絲繩，亦可轉(zhuǎn)入鎖定狀態(tài)，可在任意位置鎖定門體，操作十分方便。

It can be operated by remote control buttons, automatically stopping when in place, and has high limit accuracy. The motor is equipped with a clutch device. When there is a power outage, it can easily switch to manual mode by pulling the clutch to release the steel wire rope. Similarly, by pulling the steel wire rope, the door can also be locked in any position, making the operation very convenient.
