一、本產(chǎn)品按右安裝方案制造（從室內(nèi)朝門外看），若需左安裝，應(yīng)將制動(dòng)殼體上4只螺釘M5旋松，再旋轉(zhuǎn)殼體180°后重新平衡鎖緊，并把按鈕開關(guān)上白、綠色線對(duì)調(diào)連接；

1、 The product is manufactured according to the right installation scheme (viewed from the indoor and outdoor). If it needs to be installed on the left, loosen the four screws M5 on the brake housing, and then rotate the housing 180 ° to rebalance and lock, and connect the white and green lines on the button switch;

二、卷門機(jī)應(yīng)水平安裝，卷軸應(yīng)水平、同心，門簾升降無(wú)滯卡；

2、 The door rolling machine shall be installed horizontally, the reel shall be horizontal and concentric, and the curtain shall be lifted without stagnation;

三、傳動(dòng)鏈條調(diào)整：先調(diào)松支架板上小鏈輪的固定螺栓M6，再調(diào)整卷門機(jī)變速箱上的2只螺栓M8，使傳動(dòng)鏈條下垂度為3-6mm（未裝門簾前調(diào)整），再鎖緊3只支腳螺母M10；

Three, transmission chain adjustment: first, loose the fixed bolt M6 of the small sprocket on the support plate, then adjust the 2 bolts M8 on the gearbox of the rolling door machine, so that the sag of the transmission chain is 3-6mm (not adjusted before the curtain), and then 3 locking nuts M10 are locked.

四、卷簾門的上下行程調(diào)整：試機(jī)前先擰松限位滑塊上的2只緊定螺釘，把門簾上升欲定的高度,旋動(dòng)上行限位螺套觸壓到微動(dòng)開關(guān)，聽到“嘀達(dá)”聲擰緊螺釘；再把門簾降地面，確定下行限位螺套位置，用手指用力擰緊2只緊定螺釘。

4、 Adjustment of the up and down travel of the rolling shutter door: before the test run, first loosen the two set screws on the limit slider, raise the curtain to the desired height, rotate the upper limit screw sleeve to touch and press it to the microswitch, and then tighten the screw when hearing the sound of "Dida"; then lower the curtain to the ground to determine the position of the downward limit screw sleeve, and finally tighten the two set screws with fingers.
